By integrating yoga into school programs, students can develop lifelong skills for physical fitness, mental well-being, and stress management, fostering a positive and healthy school environment.

 

The outcomes obtained from yoga programmes at school include:

Tailored Programs for Schools

 

Classes are adapted to accommodate children with diverse needs and abilities, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

 

We offer specialised programs that combine yoga-therapy exercises, powerful breathing techniques, partner and group games, visualisation and meditation, mindfulness activities and self-reflection. These programs seamlessly integrate into the school term and are structured progressively, allowing students to deepen their understanding with each session.

 

Our recommendation is for each student to engage in at least one yoga session per week for a full school term, ensuring continuity and progression.
