Kid's Yoga After-School Classes

Service Description

To empower and support children throughout their schooling years, so they have not only the academic skills, but also the social and emotional skills that will equip them for life. They will have a deeper understanding of how to support themselves when facing life’s challenges and be more capable of creating and fulfilling their potential. A small group 1 hour class that involves : • Fun & educational specialised yoga therapy exercises for better strength, muscle tone, balance & flexibility • Powerful breathing techniques & mindfulness activities to manage stress, regulate emotions & increase attention span • Partner & group games to develop trust & strengthen relationships • Calming meditations & visualisations to foster a healthy positive mindset • Weekly take-home guides to reinforce practice & make a greater impact All of this in an AMUSING, CREATIVE and SAFE atmosphere. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small blanket for relaxation time. As a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks is necessary to enjoy all the benefits that Yoga can bring, classes are offered on a school term basis. * We accept 2024 NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers. If you want to use one of these vouchers to enrol, please select the Active & Creative Kids price and bring your voucher to the first lesson.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & REFUND POLICY 1. Booking and Payment: o Registration for After School Yoga Classes is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. o Payment methods accepted are credit card and NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers 2. Cancellation and Refunds: o Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga by email to info@grownshineyoga.com.au o Refunds are subject to the following conditions:  Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the start date of the term are eligible for a full refund.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 48 hours or less before the term start date.  No refunds will be provided in the event that the participant does not attend one or more of the sessions during the programme.  In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies (supported by valid documentation), refunds may be considered at the discretion of Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga. 3. Program Changes and Cancellations: o Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the After School Yoga Classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or force majeure events. o In the event of cancellation by Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga, participants will be offered a full refund of the programme fee paid. 4. Participant Responsibilities: o Participants must inform Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the Classes. o Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and any additional expenses not explicitly included in the Classes fee. 5. Health and Safety: o Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before undertaking any physical activity in the Classes, especially if they have existing medical conditions or concerns. o Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses incurred during the programme. o The Liability Disclaimer & Waiver Form must be accepted by the Parent or Guardian of the child at the time of enrolment and no later than the starting date of the course. o Any allergies, physical limitations or concerns must be declared in the Booking Form. 6. Conduct and Compliance: o Participants are expected to respect fellow participants, instructors, and staff members. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from the Classes without refund.
